Thanks to its ST division, Ford is no stranger to vehicles with performance-related features; just take a look at the Focus, Fiesta, and the powerful GT. It was only a matter of time before a 2020 Ford Edge ST appeared, what with everyone in the world going crazy for SUVs.

The Edge has consistently led the 5-seater SUV market and currently holds some of the segment's top positions. However, they are stepping into unknown area that is only for the big guys with the ST.

Even though we only had the SUV for a short while, we didn't want to return it. The 2020 ST Edge is right up there with other agile SUVs we've experienced in the past thanks to its suspension, which was inspired by motorsport.

When you switch to sport mode, the 2020 Edge ST really shines. The SUV jolts to 100 km/h faster and the throttle response time shortens at the push of a button.

The eight-speed automatic transmission shifts smoothly, and an innovative all-wheel-drive system distributes power to the vehicle's four axles. Although there are little paddles behind the slim steering wheel that one might opt to utilize to manually change gears, most people won't use them. Gear shifts are smooth. 
 

The Edge ST is without a doubt the most attractive Edge to date. Ford has made tiny changes to stand out, which you could miss.
